In Democrats Back Away from Iraq Plan Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi is quoted as saying she “doesn’t support tying war funding to strict training and readiness targets for U.S. troops.” Thank you very much, Ms. Impeachment is Off the Table. Thank you for displaying once again such decisive leadership and concern for our troops. Ensuring they’re trained and ready is obviously one of those radical leftist ideas no mainstream American would support. It verges on treason, it would embolden the terrorists, it would be a shameful partisan stunt.

Besides, those troops you’re supporting so well don’t need to be trained or ready anyway, getting blown up by roadside bombs doesn’t require any training or readiness. It’s easy, every one of Bush’s flower-collecting liberators can get blown up just fine on their own. 3,157 have so far, give or take a few hundred who got shot to death instead. But hey, war is wearing, as Laura Bush explained so well on Larry King. She may not have as beautiful a mind as her mother-in-law, but she thinks she understands this war stuff.

So does Nancy. “Let me be very clear,” she reassured every soldier in Iraq who isn’t dead yet, “Congress will fund our troops.”

Let ME be clear, Nancy. To “fund” our troops is to KILL our troops. You are NOT supporting them, you are kissing the ass of that soldier killing war criminal in the White House. You are down on your knees already and it only took seven weeks. Congratulations! I’m so proud. What are you going to do for your next trick? Crawl two miles down Pennsylvania Avenue on your hands and knees barking “Support the Troops!” all the way to the White House?

And what about you, Harry Reid? You just said you’re going to, “delay votes on a measure that would repeal the 2002 war authorization and narrow the mission in Iraq.” Why delay a vote on that? Just CANCEL IT completely. That will give you more time to crawl along with Nancy down Pennsylvania Avenue. She can bark “Support the Troops” and you can bark, “Look Everyone! I Support the Troops, Too.”

Meanwhile, as he was raking in $10 million dollars in RePug contributions at a fundraising dinner only two miles from Walter Reed Military Hospital, where rats and cockroaches and our wounded soldiers share accommodations, Bush said, “I think it’s important for people to understand the consequences of not giving our troops the resources necessary to do the job.”

I think it’s important to understand that that this reeking warmongering hypocrite belongs in a spider hole in Utah. HE has never given our troops enough armored Humvees or adequate body armor, he has lied them into this war, he is lying to keep them there, he is going to lie us into World War III, but Reid and Pelosi aren’t going to do a damn thing about it.
