Can we legally void out this Presidency and charge him with impersonating a president?

Republicans and the White House do not represent the values of this nation. They never did. To gain their political capital they have cheated a complacent system. The 2000 election was stolen in Florida and then again in Ohio in 2004. Now that this misadventure has severely damaged America's credibility, wouldn't it be nice if we could just nullify this whole affair and have a do over?

The people who continue to support this administration and hold on to the idea that 9-11 was a flagrant surprise attack upon America and continue deny that this administration had no foreknowledge or intelligence are in the minority. This CNN Poll reported on April 24th tells the story. When asked about the President's job performance, 60% say they disapprove, 32% are still in denial, and 8% are braindead.

In the telephone poll of 1,012 adult Americans carried out Friday through Sunday by Opinion Research Corporation for CNN, 32 percent of respondents said they approve of Bush's performance, 60 percent said they disapprove and 8 percent said they do not know.

It is quite curious to note that Kerry never tallied over 52% in any state. Hmmm, that's funny since Clint Curtis has signed an affadvit testifying to creating a 51%-49% vote flip software. (See page 2, part 7, last two paragraphs) Clint has testified in front of the House Judiciary Committee and also passed a lie detector test. This is no conspiracy theory as the corporate clowns would have you believe. This is hard evidence based upon fact.

They have seized on an affidavit Curtis wrote Dec. 6 about his allegations of vote fraud. The affidavit was initially published the same day on bradblog.com. On March 3, Curtis passed a lie detector test given by Tim Robinson, retired chief polygraph operator for the Florida Department of Law Enforcement.

Another little published fact is that the wonderful guys at the Department of Homeland Security identified at least one problem with Diebold Electronic software prior to the 2004 election as this
US CERT Report, dated August 31, 2004, shows. It looks like the Dept of Homeland Security noticed the problem with Diebold Election software prior to the 2004 election and failed to report it or suppressed the information. Or maybe, I guess, the news media was just too busy to track this story.

Whatever the case, the evidence is mounting that this two term president was never ever elected to the office of President of the United States and for the last five and a half years has since, he wreaked havoc upon the world in the name of freedom and democracy using America's good name.

I remember back when I was a child, if an unresolvable argument occurred during a game, someone would chime in, "Do Over", which would always resolve the problem. This theme carries over into the sport of golf with a mulligan. Unfortunately, this is real life and there are no "Do Overs" or mulligans. But this shouldn't preclude us from canceling his VISA card and freezing his assets. After almost six years of imposing for an American President, can't we say, "Had Enough?"
