Why Isn't the CIA Torturing George W. Bush?

If torture is necessary in order to protect Americans from evildoers who hate us for our freedoms, why isn't the CIA torturing George W. Bush?
He's concealing information that could lead to the arrest and conviction of the planners, operatives, and financers responsible for the deaths of 3,000 Americans on 9/11.
He's concealing the identities of the domestic terrorists responsible for the anthrax attacks.
He's concealing the conspirators responsible for the ethnic cleansing of New Orleans.
He's concealing the real agenda behind the illegal invasion and occupation of the secular Arab state of Iraq.
He's responsible for the massive suppression of civil liberties and voting rights by his Republican Fedayeen.
Bush is a proven war criminal. He is the leader of millions of religious extremists determined to impose their radical theocracy on us all. He has 28,000 nuclear weapons, Iran has 0. He has the most powerful Air Force and Navy in the world, Iran has 3 Sopwith Camels and a couple of PT boats.
Who's the real threat to world peace, CIA torture experts? Who needs to provide us with some answers so we can protect ourselves?
Guess again.

RIGHT! George W. Bush! Award yourselves Medals of Freedom and get to work!
We need to find out why Bush flew hundreds of Saudis out of the United States right after 9/11. What are you waiting for, CIA? Waterboard him.
We need to find out why Bush let Bin Laden escape from Tora Bora. What are you waiting for CIA? Attach those electrodes.
We need to find out why Bush stonewalled the 9/11 Commission, and then imposed severe limits on its access, funds, and the duration of its investigation. What are you waiting for, CIA? Flip the switch and try to ignore the voided bowels, that's normal.
We need to find out why Bush tried to turn over the security of American ports to Dubai Ports World, which has had connections to Al Qaeda. Go ahead, CIA. Put him in a Cold Cell until he talks.
We need to find out why Bush has spent $400 billion to install a fundamentalist Shi'ite government in Iraq. Get busy, CIA. Put a hood over his head and make him stand on a box until he collapses.
We need to find out why Bush just sold a bunch of F-16's to Pakistan and is welcoming Musharaf to the White House right after Pakistan set 2,500 Taliban and Al Qaeda fighters free and granted amnesty to Bin Laden. What are you waiting for, CIA? Strip him naked and unleash the dogs.
Earth to the CIA: If anyone on this earth needs torturing in order for us to defend America, it's George W. Bush. Terrorism is defined as attacking innocent people in order to achieve political objectives, so count the dead, CIA. Over five-thousand Americans have been killed since September 11, 2001. Tens of thousands of Afghans have been killed since September 11, 2001. At least one-hundred thousand Iraqis have been killed since September 11, 2001.
Why?
Because the political objective of George W. Bush, his Congressional Republican Guard, and his 40 million Republican Fedayeen is absolute power. If they aren't stopped, they'll turn the whole world into collateral damage, blame the Book of Revelation for it, and trot Tony Snow out one last time to spin the end of life on earth as another victory in the war against terrorism.
So do America and the world a favor, CIA. Organize a convoy, haul your asses over to Capitol Hill, the White House, and the RNC, and start torturing the torturers before they get us all killed.

But sure enough it did exist at one time and some websites were smart enough to get a copy before the plan was removed from the official site.
